1910 Mikhailov is an asteroid discovered by L.V. Zhuravleva October 8, 1972 at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.The asteroid was named in honor of Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Mikhailov, Russian astronomer who was a member of the Soviet Academy of Sciences who had worked at Pulkovo Observatory from 1947 to 1982.[1]
It is a main-belt asteroid.[2]
Zhuravleva is ranked 43 in Harvard's ranking of those who discovered minor planets. She discovered 200 such bodies, 13 of which were co-discoveries, between 1972 and 1992.[3]
