The 2000 Queen's Club Championships was a tennis tournament held at Queen's Club in London, England. It was the 29th edition of the tournament and was held from June 12 through June 19, 2000. It was part of the ATP International Series of the 2000 ATP Tour.

Lleyton Hewitt won his first singles title at Queen's by beating Pete Sampras 6-4, 6-4 in the final.
