BMI Gaming, Inc., commonly known as " BMI ", is a worldwide arcade game, amusement device and vending machine distributor headquarted in Boca Raton, Florida, with commercial sales and warehousing locations in the Southern California area and Chicago, Illinois. In 2008, BMI Gaming was ranked as one of the "Top 500 Internet Retailers" in the world by Internet Retailer Magazine. 1 BMI Gaming was founded in 2001 by David Young, its current CEO, with day-to-day operations directed by Paul C. Jacobs, its current President. 2

It sells a variety of amusement products and devices for sale from arcade games, redemption games, sports games and video games to pinball machines, jukeboxes, photobooths, claw cranes and kiddie rides, and vending products such as soda vending machines, coffee, snack, frozen food and bulk vending machines. BMI markets primarily to clients in North & South America, and also exports coin-operated products to over 90 countries worldwide. The company states that over 95% of its total sales are conducted through its online website. Their customer base ranges from residential and office users to commercial clients such as Family Entertainment Centers, arcades, bars, restaurants, casinos, hotels, shopping malls, factories, educational facilities and various government agencies, including the US Military.

BMI Gaming has attained several prominent business awards in the few years since its inception, including Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 500 List" of the fastest growing private firms in America in 2007, 3 and PriceWaterhouseCoopers "Hot 100 List" of the fastest growing companies in the US in 2006. 4 BMI Gaming lays claim to the "World's Largest Gaming and Vending Superstore" on the internet by sales and by number of products offeredcitation needed and is ranked as the top website (based on total visitors) for coin-operated machines in the world, according to statistics published by Quantcast.com (Sept 2008) 5
