"Baby Don't Go" is the fifth single from Fabolous's fourth album From Nothin' to Somethin'. The song features T-Pain and Jermaine Dupri and is produced by him.
There are two versions of the song that were released to radio outlets. The original album version which features T-Pain on the chorus with ab-libs from Jermaine Dupri himself and a version where only Dupri sings the chorus.

The video, which only features Jermaine Dupri, premiered on BET's 106 & Park on September 12, 2007. Larissa Aurora and Shay Johnson, or better known as Bootz and Buckeey from VH1's Flavor of Love and Charm School, also make cameo appearances.citation needed The video was shot at the New Jersey mansion of New York Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora. In the video, Fabolous is shown playing Halo 3 on the Xbox 360 using a premium wireless Xbox 360 Controller.citation needed
