Delorazepam also known as chlordesmethyldiazepam is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It's mainly used in Italy, where it is available under the trade name "En".

The potency of delorazepam is very high, and probably 1 mg delorazepam equals 10 mg diazepam.

In adult half life is 99.7 (±22.3) hours for cpr and 96.9 (±19.7) hours for drops after a single dose of 1 mg. In children half life is about 40 hours for children of 7 months, 27 hours for children between 2 and 3 years, 34 hours for more than 3 years.

Total clearance after single administration of 2 mg is 0.11 ml/min/kg.
