Fight or Flight is the third EP by British rock band Turin Brakes. The EP was released by Source Records in 2000 on CD and 7" vinyl. Interestingly, debut album The Optimist LP was already almost finished, but the record label decided the band should gain more exposure, and therefore this EP was released. The title refers to an emergency reaction in which the body prepares for combat or escape from potentially dangerous situations, animals, or people. The songs aren't that angry but some of the lyrics in Mind over Money and Nine To Five do refer to this reaction.
