James Michael is an American record producer, songwriter, engineer, mixer, vocalist and musician.

Career

He has worked as a record producer, songwriter and/or engineer/mixer with many recording artists including Sixx:A.M., Alanis Morissette, Meat Loaf, Mötley Crüe, Scorpions, Hilary Duff, The Rasmus, Papa Roach, Trapt, American Bang, Saliva, The Exies, Deana Carter, Sammy Hagar, Lillix, Sarah Kelly, Marion Raven.

Sixx:A.M.

Michael is a member of Sixx:A.M., a side project with Nikki Sixx and DJ Ashba. He is the lead vocalist, a co-writer, co-producer and multi-instrumentalist on the CD. James also mixed the album.

He and the band reportedly took some time off after the US Crüe Fest tour and then hit the studio to work on their next album.
