Jared Warner Williams (December 22, 1796 – September 29, 1864) was an American lawyer and politician from Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Born in 1796 in West Woodstock, Connecticut, he represented New Hampshire in the U.S. House and Senate and served for two years as Governor of the state. He died in 1864 in Lancaster, New Hampshire, and is buried there at the Summer Street Cemetery.
