Lorenzo Buffon (born December 19, 1929 in Majano, Friuli) is an Italian former football goalkeeper. He played 277 times for A.C. Milan, and also played for their city rivals Internazionale. He was also capped 15 times for the Italian national team.
Overall, he played 15 seasons (365 games) in the Serie A for A.C. Milan, Genoa C.F.C., F.C. Internazionale Milano and ACF Fiorentina.
Buffon is related to Gianluigi Buffon, the current goalkeeper for Juventus and the Italian national team. He is a cousin of Gianluigi's grandfather.
