New York State Route 19A is a state highway located in the western part of New York, USA. NY 19A is an alternate route of NY 19 and is, similarly, a north-south road. It provides access from NY 19 to Silver Springs, Castile and Portageville. It closely follows the Genesee River for a portion of its run.
