New York State Route 275 is a short state highway located entirely within Allegany County. It connects Bolivar and NY 417 at its southern end with Friendship to the north, where it intersects NY 17 and Interstate 86. The highway continues north as County Road 17 to its terminus at NY 19 near Belfast.
