One Embarcadero Center is an office skyscraper located in San Francisco's Financial District. The building is part of the Embarcadero Center, which is a complex of six interconnected buildings and one off-site extension.2 The skyscraper, completed in 1971, stands 569 ft (173 m) tall with 45 stories without its flagpole.3 One Embarcadero Center is the second tallest building out of the entire complex, standing at slightly shorter than Four Embarcadero Center, which is the tallest in the complex.4
The building figured prominently in Francis Ford Coppola's 1974 film The Conversation, and the name on the building can be seen in a couple of the shots towards the end, if observed closely.
