The reason can be one of the following:
unsourced - the submission has no sources
not suitable - the submission is not suitable for Wikipedia (e.g. pure vandalism)
blank - the submission is blank
ad - the submission sounds like an advertisement
no context - the submission has not enough context to explain the subject correctly (See WP:CSD#A7)
dictionary - the submission is not suitable for Wikipedia, but may be suitable for Wiktionary
Don't forget to sign your name after the template (~~~~).
