This template adds article talk pages to Category:Delisted good articles. To indicate the delisted version and the topic of the article, use {{DelistedGA|date|oldid=nnnnnn|topic=topic name}} on the talk page rather than just {{DelistedGA|date}}. Here date should be replaced by the date when the article was delisted, nnnnnn should be replaced by the id number of the delisted version of the article, and topic name should be replaced by the abbreviation or full name of the topic of the article. The possible topics can be found here; the abbreviations for the topics are: arts, langlit, philrelig, everydaylife, socsci, geography, history, engtech, math, natsci.
If the review is stored on a subpage, you need to provide also a page number. For example
