Usage
Template:Style-guideline is used on pages belonging to the Manual of Style. This template should be used only on those pages that have received general consensus as belonging to the Manual of Style. For a short introduction on how to go from proposal to naming conventions guideline, see Category:Wikipedia proposals and the intro of Wikipedia:Manual of Style.

Parameters
The template has eight parameters. The first three parameters, type, image, and text, are fixed by the template itself. The remaining parameters include five unnamed parameters that allow a user to specify up to five shortcut links for the style guideline page.
