Thee American Revolution is an indie rock band formed in 2004 by Robert Schneider of The Apples in Stereo, and Craig Morris of Ideal Free Distribution. Though the song "Subscriptions to Magazines" has been released on the internet, the band has yet to publicly release an album. An EP entitled Buddha Electrostorm was announced for release through Bi-Fi Records, though it is unknown whether this project has been upgraded to a full album or not.
The song "Subscriptions to Magazines" borrows a riff directly from the staple rock song "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple.
