You can use {{AIV}} to add notes to reports.  Important! – your report must follow these three points: The edits of the user you are reporting must be considered vandalism. Unregistered users must be active now. The user must be given sufficient recent warnings to stop. Note that IP addresses cannot be blocked indefinitely in almost all circumstances; The person behind a single IP address may frequently change. You can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.
