Why privately, out of curiosity? If mediation begins, it will take place on the MedCom wiki for the purpose, and that is private to participants isn't it? Avruch ^T 19:13, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

I didn't mean so privately that the parties to the mediation would have no idea what is going on. However, as you may be aware, there is a history of serious legal threats associated with this article. Newyorkbrad (talk) 19:18, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
