Problems to solve
Project location
This project is hosted in the English-language wikipedia. However, much of its content is related to interactions between pairs of wikipediae; hosting it here is almost certainly going to introduce an unwelcome English-speaking bias. Worse, it makes sense to consider links between pairs of non-English wikipediae also (for example links from the Japanse to German instances), making it a downright illogical location. All suggestions welcome.
Advertising to potential members
Some people advertise the languages they can speak on their user pages; this might be a good way to identify potential project members. However, many potential members may not even keep an English-language wikipedia user page, let alone advertise their linguistic skills. All suggestions welcome.
