This new page from WikiProject James Bond, is an attempt to get a number of James Bond articles to good article status. It will operate on a nomination process of which article should Project members attempt to gain up to a better standard. Every fortnight (two weeks) a new collobaration will begin.
I (User:SpecialWindler) will nominate the article in question on the last day of the first week and will follow it up, in case it is put on hold etc. And will continue editing over the final week, to improve it's quality. It may take some time (due to the backlog) for the articles to be reviewed. To nominate an article, please add it to the nominations below.
If this collaboration is a success and there is good participation, then in may be proposed to move it forward to Collaboration of the week, to get more articles up to GA status. The nominations should be random (meaning, let's not go Dr. No - From Russia With Love - Goldfinger so on, one fortnight it may be a film, then a novel, then character or whatever.)

Rules
The collaboration of the fortnight will run for two weeks, and two weeks only. The new collaboration will start when it's predessor has finished. The collaboration will be selected by the nomination process, which will be co-ordinated by SpecialWindler.
The nomination process, is where any user (who is a member of WikiProject James Bond) nominates any article, under the scope of WikiProject. However some articles nominated may be removed if they are considered pointless to improve. These basically includes low importance articles or actors/actresses (for example Judi Dench comes under our project, but this project shouldn't be collaborating on her when there are more important articles).
Once a user has nominated an article, they must put their support behind their nominated article. Other users will vote for that article, if they feel that article is worthy of going under out collaboration. Each user can only vote once. If an article reaches 3 votes (by users) it will become the collaboration. Other users may also nominate their own article, this creates competition, when there is more than 1 article nominated.
In the case of competition, then the rules slightly change. If 2 (or more) articles reach the 3 (or more) votes, then the article with the most votes will be chosen. If there is a tie between articles, then the earliest will be prioritsed.
Once a collaboration has been selected, then that nomination (with it's support votes) will be removed from the Nominations. If any other article nominated has 3 votes then it will stay nominated. If it only has 1 or 2 votes then the article (an its support votes) nominated will be removed.
The nominator may remove their nomination (including all votes), if they wish, but should consider not if others have voted for it. Once a users vote has been removed they may vote again, for another selection.
After the first original colloboration was ceased on November 2 2007, the collaboration will return for 10 articles from September 20 2008, for a second series.
- Please do not try to loophole the system, because new rules will be placed.
