This page contains guidelines for and documentation of the templates used in conjunction with temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

Summary
Each temple has a data page that stores the data to be used in the templates, of the form: Template:LDS Temple/Temple name. All the templates that format temple data use a single set of data for each temple. Thus updating the data for each temple will only need to be done in one location.
Using the data in multiple locations is accomplished by transcluding the datapage along with a format parameter, which indicates which template to use. Thus the calls to transclude temple data will be a call of the form {{LDS Temple/Temple name | format= format template }}.
Templates utilized
Data Templates

Implementation
- This creation of the data page has been implemented for all temples.
- Remaining Tasks
- Review data and compare to 2007 Almanac
- Discuss and decide whether to use the *_link variables to link only each person's name only once or only every so often on the lists.
