This page is for requesting images, photos, and structural diagrams for articles related to WikiProject Pharmacology. You might also want to see related images request pages at WikiProject Chemistry or Wikipedia:Requested pictures.
Articles which transclude {{Drugbox}} and do not have a structural formula are automatically placed in Category:Drug pages needing a structure drawing. Articles on monoclonal antibodies and combination products, however, are not, due to the relative difficulty in finding or producing appropriate images.

Instructions
Posting a request
Before posting, please do the following steps:
- First try to find an image on your own. For tips, see the Wikipedia:Finding images tutorial
- Avoid blanket requests, as, for example "need pictures for all drugs in the Lists of antidepressants article."
- Request images only for existing articles, i.e. if there is no article, then please write an article first before requesting.
- Add the request here if you could not find a picture. Note the two separate categories for photographs and chemical structures & diagrams. Please copy your request in the edit summary so that recent requests can easily be seen on the page history.
- Link to the article for which you would like to have the picture added, and describe what kind of picture you need. Signing the request is optional.
- Add only one picture request per bullet.
You may also wish to add an image request template such as {{reqphoto}},{{reqphotoin}}, {{reqmap}}, {{reqdiagram}}, {{reqimageother}}, or {{reqaudio}} for audio files, to the article's talk page. This automatically lists the article in Category:Wikipedia requested images.
If you need someone to take this photo for you, maybe one of them can do it in meta:Press_Corps by location. You might also ask an appropriate photographer or graphic artist. Many are willing to take requests.
Fulfilling a request
If you want to contribute an image you have taken yourself, either on film or with a digital camera, please make sure it looks optimal. Consider using graphics software such as the GIMP to enhance saturation, contrast, and sharpness (sample tutorial). You do not need to provide a thumbnail image.
Please refer to the following pages for assistance with creating chemical structures or diagrams:
Please see Wikipedia:Image use policy for more advice on working with images. You can also contribute pictures not taken by you if they are available under a public domain or GFDL license. Other requested images can also be found by viewing Category:Wikipedia requested images add images to articles that link to these pages.
- Ensure that the picture is properly licensed as shown in the "Copyright Warning" above.
- Upload the Image. If the license so permits, please upload the image to Wikimedia Commons[1] instead so that all the different Wikipedias can use the image.
- Add the proper Image copyright tags and a description to the image description page.
- Link the image to the corresponding article. Larger images should be linked as thumbnails. For a good tutorial see Wikipedia:Picture tutorial.
- After you add the requested image, remove the request from this page, and the template from the talk page.
- You can also add your contribution to Wikipedia:Fulfilled picture requests, list it at Wikipedia:WikiProject Pharmacology/Structural diagrams, or Wikipedia:WikiProject Pharmacology/Photographs.
