The XX Army Corps was a unit of the German Army that was stationed in Allenstein. At the beginning of World War I, the corps was transferred to the Eastern Front. 1
In 1914, the component units of the division were:
- 37th Division
- 41st Division 2
- 1st Light Infantry Battalion Graf York von Wartenburg
- 1st Machine-gun Detachment
- 5th Machine-gun Detachment
- Pioneer Command (XX Corps)
- 23rd Pioneer Battalion (2nd West Prussian)
- 26th Pioneer Battalion
- 20th Training Battalion
