Yagishiri Island (焼尻島 Yagishiri-tō?) is a small isle in the Sea of Japan, 25km to the west from Haboro. It is part of Rumoi Subprefecture in Hokkaidō, Japan. Together with Teuri Island, to the west across the Musashino street, it is administered by the town of Haboro. The island's area is 5.21 km² and it is inhabited by 379 people (as of 2003).

The island is most notable for the beauty of its nature. Much of the islands surface is covered with untouched forests, especially of Taxus cuspidata, the Japanese Yew. Thus, it was designated a part of Shokanbetsu Teuri Yagishiri Quasi National Park (暑寒別天売焼尻国定公園 Shokanbetsu Teuri Yagishiri Kokuritsu Koen?).

Like most Hokkaido islands, the term "shiri" doesn't come from Japanese and mean "arse" despite the Kanji literal meaning, but from Ainu meaning "island". Therefore, it means Broiled Island, not Broiled Arse.
