Zhongmu County (Chinese: 中牟县; Pinyin: Zhōngmù Xiàn) is a county in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, People's Republic of China. It has an area of 1416.8 square kilometers and a population of 680,000.1
In Romance of the Three Kingdoms Chapter 4, Cao Cao is taken into custody as he passes by Zhongmu County. He had failed in his attempt to assassinate Dong Zhuo, and was on the run.
